Description

Ever wonder how electricians run wire through walls and ceilings without so much as making a tiny hole? Curious to learn to do it yourself? Well... you can!

Join us virtually for a live, Zoom presentation for Part 3 of our three-part Online Home Electrical series, where we'll continue where we left off from Electrical Theory & Switches and Outlets classes and expand into how to "fish" wire within walls and spanning rooms, and how to safely install it to the boxes hidden behind your drywall.

In this class we will cover:

  • Stripping wire & identifying hot/neutral/ground
  • Safely cutting through drywall
  • Identifying hazards or barriers within walls
  • Pulling or "Fishing" wire from boxes to fixtures (e.g. overhead fans or lights)
  • When to upgrade your old wire
  • When to call in a professional
  • and plenty more!
